Get Shrek’d with JWPMS!

Hannah Wyman & Akayla Lewin, Editorial Board

Dancing blind mice, a singing donkey, and true love found in the most unexpected place are all a part of this year’s middle school musical production of Shrek The Musical Jr. directed by Mrs. Amatuzzo.

Come see James W. Parker Middle School perform this hilariously charming musical in the high school auditorium on Feb. 25th and 26th at 7 p.m. or catch the matinee on Feb. 27 at 2 p.m.

Josiah Burkett makes his debut as everyone’s favorite ogre who travels in search of the Princess Fiona, played by Ali Lameuroux, with the help of Donkey, Hope Robbins. Filled with fart jokes, many dance numbers, and the abnormally short Lord Farquaad, played by Ryan Hess, Shrek will be a show not to miss!

Tickets are $5 for adults, $2 for students, and $14 for families (2 adults/2 children or more). For more information you can call (814) 273-1033. Hope to see you there!
