This year the marching band show is called “Polarity.” The band and colorguard will tell the story of a feud between two groups: the silver group and the gold group, through music, drill, and visuals. As the show goes on, the groups begin to mix. The silver and gold groups are mixed together in the end, and the feud is over. The show features a trumpet solo performed by Cody Gould and a clarinet solo performed by Caleb Will. The band is led on the field by drum majors Mike Hess, Joel Linebach, and Jennie Jones.

This year’s repertoire includes “Prologue,” “With Every Breathe I Take,” and “Funny.”
This season, the band will compete against four other open class bands: Cochranton, Iroquois, McDowell, and Northwestern. The bands will compete at several competitions on Saturdays leading up to the championship competition on October 31st at Vets Stadium in Erie. The winner of the championship competition will bring home a first place trophy and a bag full of candy. As well as performing at competitions, the band can also be seen at Friday night football games playing in the stands and performing at half -time.
